I will miss my favorite cousin Ron. He was very caring about his family and friends, especially his son Ronald.
I will always cherish the memories of our visits, eating out, and photos we took.
Ron is in Heaven cheering on his favorite baseball team in Tampa Bay and having a couple of beers.
Love you Cus! Until we meet again on the Other Side…..
Your favorite Cousin in Arizona,
Louise Molfetta and family
I had the honor of knowing and taking care of Ron for the past several years. We had many fun 'battles' between our football teams and I would tell him that he wasn't 'so bad' for a Broncos fan. I will miss you Ron. Cathy, I pray you find peace during this difficult time. Go Chiefs haha.
Our family met Ron when he tutored our son in math that was 18 years ago. We remained friends long after the tutoring was over and had great fun skiing in NC with Ron and Cathy and our grown sons. He was smart ,funny and a wonderful guy. We will miss him. Our hearts and prayers go out to Cathy🙏❤️

In the spring of 1994 Ron told me that a medical magnet program was being developed at Boca Ciega High School and that there was an opening for a foreign language teacher. I have always been so grateful to Ron for telling me this. I applied for the position and I continued to teach there for the next 24 years! He was a mentor to so many students, including my two sons, whom he tutored. Years later, when both of them were serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, He always asked about them and told me to thank them for their serivce.
What I remember most about Ron.....always a smile, sincerity, very genuine, caring, loyal, kind and a great sense of humor. Perhaps his gift to us is that we strive to follow his example. If we do, the world will be a better place.
If you had such friend in your life as Ron, then you will appreciate the true worth of eternal friendship. Ron and his wife Cathy were and still are great friends of our family. Charity, Alexandra, John-Paul and I hold them so dear and close. With his passing, Ron has left behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and generosity. He lived and graced this planet with his presence and was amazing and totally unique and one of those rare and wonderful people we sometimes call characters. His love for Cathy was a thing to emulate. Ron was fun loving and shared good humor and a big smile with everyone he met. Even when times were difficult and we disagreed on political views, he was always an integral part of creating and maintaining a solid foundation of friendship. I will remember with nostalgia the great dinners he and Cathy hosted…. the great steaks done to your preference and a glass of Dewars Scotch on the rocks. Ron would always put a smile on my face with banter and fun making. He held his head high until the end, showing what it looks like to finish strong. Even as we celebrate Ron’s life and remember all the remarkable things he accomplished, in the end let us just focus on what a great person he was and how wonderful his life was. Rest with all the fun Angels Ron till we meet again
I first met Ron and Cathy when I became their realtor in North Carolina. We hit it off right away. So much I ended up with their garage door opener on their home in huntetsville for years. They both became a hugh part of our group of Dominoes players and the Creeper Trail excursions. Ron was full of life and had a heart of gold. I will miss his great smile and humor. Rest in peace my friend
We first met Ron nearly 40 years ago when we both bought our condominiums next to each other in Tierra Verde. That was the start of an amazing and unique friendship over many years. Ron was one of a kind. He was an excellent neighbour, always keeping an eye on our apartment when we were in London. We spent many a fun and always stimulating evening with him and Cathy. Ron's warped sense of humour and Jack's were a perfect match for each other. Perhaps their star signs were alligned because they shared the same birthday. They visited us a few times in London. We visited them in North Carolina. We just had a great time with him. He was always full of fun. We will miss him greatly.
Cathy, we offer you our heartfelt condolences for your loss. We hope to see you in the future.
Lots of love from Jack and Vivienne Linton from London and all our families.
