Ronald S. Olszewski's Obituary
Mr. Ronald Olszewski, 85, of Cornelius NC, passed away Wednesday, September 13th, 2023.
Ron was a native of Long Island, NY and moved to NC for retirement. He was a Navy Veteran and a retired NYPD Officer. He belonged to the local 10-13. Ron enjoyed time with family and friends, being positive and funny and being a prankster.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Caroline Olszewski, and sisters Pauline (Vincent) Avallone and Elizabeth (Thomas) Daly and his stepson Kurt Davidson. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Nina Olszewski and a daughter Courtney (Robert) Podlucky, and a stepdaughter Christina Davidson and grandchildren, Robert and Hailey and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, September 19th at James Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Monday, September 18th.
