Tony Morgan
I met Ross in the fall of 1971, two weeks after we moved to the Thomasboro area. He was the first friend that I had the good fortune of making after my family moved to Charlotte from the Outer Banks. We both had a daredevil attitude in that we liked excitement that was on the edge of recklessness. We did a lot of crazy stuff and somehow survived. I could not have picked a more thoughtful and caring person to have become friends with. I regret that we lost touch for the past fifteen years, however, our diverse careers did not allow the closeness that we enjoyed during our youth. I will miss my friend forever.
