I just read your dad's obituary notice. He hired me as his Personnel Officer in Albany in 1960 on my first U.S. government job. He was one of the smartest, most focused man I ever met He encouraged me and supported me in every way I looked back on my time with him many times over the years and I'm sorry to hear he has gone.
