Royce Mock Jr.'s Obituary
Royce Leon Mock, Jr. 87, of Denver, died October 4, 2020 at Senior Care Carolinas Assisted Living, Denver Home. He was born on April 7, 1933 in Avon Park, FL to the late Royce Leon Mock, Sr. and Sally (Cowart-Mock) Skillman.
Royce was retired as President and one of the original Principals of Current Builders Construction, Inc. located in Pompano Beach, Florida, a consistent Engineering News Record (ENR) Top 400 National General Contractor. He was fortunate to retire at age 55. He loved flying his Mooney airplane, fishing, camping, wood working and traveling! His biggest love was he wife Jackie!
He was preceded in death by his wife Jacqueline Mock.
Survivors include sons, Royce “Butch” Mock, III (Wendi) of Huntersville, Paul Bronson of Orlando, Michael Mock (Sherry) of Denver, and Patrick Bronson of W. Palm Beach, FL; daughters, Beverly O'Brien (John) of Chicago, Susan Hunnicutt (Frank) of Denver, Suzanne Fields (Brian) of Wellington, FL; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to East Lincoln Christian Ministries located at 4278 Catawba Burris Rd, Denver, NC 28037.
