Russell Kermit Noble's Obituary
Russell "Russ" Kermit Noble, 68, of Charlotte, went home to be the Lord on March 30, 2011. He was born on July 10, 1942 in Lancaster, WI to the late Kermit and Isabelle Noble.
He is survived by his wife Patsy (Quint) Noble; sons, Ryan and wife Andrea of Prior Lake, MN and Brandon and wife Karla of Palm Harbor, FL; daughters, Rhonda Orosz of Oregon WI, Rene Garbisch and husband Corey of Grafton, WI and Tiffini Noble of Charlotte; siblings Bill Noble, Roger Cray, Virgil Cray, Judy Prochaska, and Marlene Wepking, 7 grandchildren, and his faithful dog Misha.
Russ devoted 30 plus year to AFLAC management team and finished his career with The Vanguard Group. More important than his career successes was his faith, devotion, and service to the Lord. Russ attended Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK, volunteered at a variety of Christian ministries such as the Rick Renner Ministries, Bill Graham Association, and most recently was a volunteer Chaplin for the Mecklenburg county jails. He was also passionate in serving as an active member at Grace Covenant Church in Cornelius, NC.
Russ was a man of great integrity and honor that loved God, his family, and his dogs. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
A funeral service will be held on April 3, 2011from 3-4 pm at Grace Covenant Church 17301 Statesville Rd. Cornelius, NC 28031 with Rev. Farrell Lemmings officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens at 1504 W Sugar Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262 from 5-6pm.
