I remember Aunt Shirley teaching me how to put makeup on when I was a little girl. And since I was big for my age, she even gave me some of her clothes. She always loved music and singing, and I always loved it when she read “Twas the Night Before Christmas” to us nieces and nephews. She was always such a classy lady and she will be missed.
As a sister-in-law with Shirley there are many memories over the years. Latest memories are visits with her in the nursing facility before the covid virus lock downs. She had her usual smile & enjoyed the time with my grandsons. She always liked singing & children so she sang a little for them while we were visiting.
