I am so sorry for your loss. May it help you and your family to know that Isaiah 33:24, reading: No resident will say: I am sick. Yes soon, you will no longer pain or sorrow from losing a loved one to death because of sickness, for it will be gone, never to return.

We were neighbors of Shirley and Charlie at Shorewood in Myrtle Beach. Shirley was always so upbeat and happy. We kept in touch through Christmas cards, etc. after Shirley moved. Our condolences to Ellen and Patricia. They were privileged to have such a special mother. My sister, Ann Skiba, also kept in touch with Shirley via mail and telephone calls. She was especially sorry to hear about Shirley.
Though I didn't know Aunt Shirley in my adult life, her picture reminds me so much of my Mom, her sister Evelyn, that I feel the sorrow of her loss deeply. My condolences to our family members for the loss and my wife and our family wish you all the best going forward.

God is called the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation. A soothing scripture is Psalm 34:18 which reads: “Jehovah is near to those that are broken at heart, and those who are crushed in spirit he saves.”
I was very sad to hear about Shirley's passing. She was a dear person, always upbeat and positive. It was always enjoyable to be in her company. I will really miss her.
