Ruby, Bill, Mack and Jane. I can only say that I know all of your hearts are broken. I was really shock to hear this. I know it is hard to lose a parent, but know that he had a great life and family. One that was loved by many. He was a great man, as far as I know he never met a stranger. I will keep all of you in my prayers and there is really no words at a time like this, but know that the family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It is so hard losing a parent. I miss my daddy so much. Momma too of course. But we had so much more time with daddy. It will get better but it takes awhile.

I knew Stan when he was still an energetic man, and his positive outlook and vigor were inspiring to me. We are both in sympathy for you and share your grief over the loss of such a loving and vital man, but he is certainly dancing with Jesus now, and living with the peace and love of our heavenly Father.

I want you all to know how much Stan meant to me. He was my Dad's best friend for many years. Pop always told me how Stan could always figure a problem out and that if I ever got stumped on a project to "just call Stan". He could help me figure it out. They were on the same page mentally. I was glad I got the chance to share this with him recently so that he would know just how much Pop thought of him. I will keep all of you in my prayers.
