Stanley "Joe"'s Obituary
Stanley “Joe” Earl Fox, 82, of Cornelius, died September 7, 2013 at the Liberty Lane Hospice House in Salisbury. He was born on February 15, 1931 in Caldwell County to the late Troy and Farrie Fox. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and worked as a surveyor for Duke Energy.
Survivors include his wife Pat; son, Ty and wife Tammy of Myrtle Beach; daughters, Terri Fox and husband Bill Gepson of Mooresville and Trisha Bryant and husband Terry of Troutman; siblings, Jack Fox and Phyllis Andrews; and 1 grandchild, Haleigh Bryant and 1 great-grandchild, Ethan Colt Weinberg.
Memorials may be made to the VA Medical Center for their hospice services, 1601 Brenner Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at First Baptist Church in Cornelius with Rev. Roger Head officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
