My thoughts and prayers are with my Brother Ron McDowell and his wonderful family in these extremely trying times when our Lord and Savoir walked his Son-IN Law across the Golden Gateway to begin his next chapter. We must recognize Lamont is now at peace and can now rest easy in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

My sincere condolences to the Bass family in honor of a great student athlete and even better human being. I taught and coached Lamont 30 years ago at South Charlotte Middle School where he epitomized the true meaning of being a great leader on and off the field. Having stayed in touch with Lamont over the years, there was never a doubt that his business-like approach would lead to his successful lawn care business. Thanks again to his family for raising a man of his character may the Lord continue to use Lamont as an inspiration to others!
