Wow, I'm so sorry I missed you. Also that I am so late seeing this.
You kept telling me to come visit you that I would really like it in NC and that you had more clothes to give me. You were for sure my clothing ferry. Loading me up with gear every time I came to do your nails. I loved and appreciated our chats whenever you booked house calls for your mani/pedi. Such and amazing and lovely spirit you are. You helped shape the fashionista I am today. You will definitely be missed.

It’s taken me some time to find the words, because honestly… I was in disbelief. 💔

Taihisha, you had such a wonderful heart and a soulful voice that touched so many. Every year, without fail, you sent books to my daughter and always reminded me to keep pouring into her. You saw her light, even from afar. That kind of love and consistency? That’s rare.

You carried people with your music, your words, and your kindness. You uplifted without needing a stage. You encouraged me more times than you knew, and I’m so grateful God allowed our paths to cross.

I know with a heart like yours, your soul is exactly where it belongs—at peace, wrapped in light, and surrounded by the love you gave so freely.

Sister,

My heart is shattered into a thousand pieces. This is so unfair. I’m angry, I’m heartbroken, and honestly—this just wasn’t supposed to happen like this. But I know God had other plans, and even though I don’t understand them right now, I trust Him anyway.

You were a warrior, Tai. You fought with everything in you—with grace, with strength, and with so much love. I’m so grateful I got to be by your side. To hold your hand, to talk, to laugh, to cry.

Now it’s your time to rest, big sister. Rest in perfect peace. No more pain, no more fighting. Just peace, and love, and light.

Sis, I never would imagine this would be our last concert together (The Reunion Tour). We had the best night worshipping and will never forget how we left so charged up on God’s love.
