Thomas Edward Miller's Obituary
Thomas (Tommy) Edward Miller aged 66 passed away at home on Thursday, December 20, 2023 while living in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Tom was born January 28th, 1957 and lived most of his life in Charlotte North Carolina before moving to South Carolina.
Tom is survived by his wife Lydia of North Myrtle Beach and his sons Travis and Marcus of Charlotte; his sister Ellen Keim (Tim) of Newnan, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother Letitia G. Miller and father Merle G. Miller. He was a graduate of Garinger High school in 1975. He worked as the warehouse manager for the Mecklenburg County ABC Board for over 25 years. He was a bonded courier for several years after leaving the ABC board. He was an avid motorcycle rider and attended many rallies over the years. He always loved the beach and loved living there. He loved spending time with friends and family and never met a stranger.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday December 29th with service beginning at 11:00 AM at James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Dr., Huntersville, NC 28078. Burial will be at Huntersville Baptist Church Cemetery.
