Tiffany was my favorite cousin, the closest to my age, and my summer adventure buddy. From the early years picking blueberries and playing in the creek in front of Papaw’s cabin to our teenage years giggling late at night about “running in the fryer” (no, I don’t remember what that meant, but we laughed to the point of tears about it), and collecting golf balls in the woods around the cemetery where she will be buried far too soon.
I have a million wonderful memories of growing up with her in little summer increments and pages of letters we exchanged in between.
It was a joy to reconnect with her as an adult on Facebook, and I was so happy to see her partnered with Denise and raising Jeremiah. I’m thinking of them as they mourn their dear Tiffany.
My heart is also with her granny, her parents, her brothers, her nieces and nephew, and everyone who loved her and will feel her absence in their lives.
