Tito Bartolo Walton Jr.'s Obituary
Tito Bartolo Walton Jr., who left us far too soon on May 18, 2025, at the age of 17. Tito was born on June 18, 2007 in Charlotte, North Carolina and in his life, he brought immense joy, laughter, and love to all who knew him.
Tito attended Hornets Nest Elementary School, Bradley Middle School and will graduate from Hopewell High School on June 14, 2025.
Tito worked two part time jobs at the carwash and Jimmy Johns while working his way through High School.
Tito also enjoyed his creative side and has several rap songs he wrote and shared with the world.
Tito loved his clothes, shoes and hair. All of his clothes had to be high fashion and name brand, and his hair had to be on point.
Tito’s future endeavors after graduating high school was to enroll into Trade School with his best friend and others. His aspirations were to become a Autobody Mechanic and sell cars. Tito was highly interested in investing in stocks and ultimately becoming financially successful to take care of his family.
Tito was preceded in death by his father, Tito Bartolo Walton Sr., and his aunt, Samia Sepulveda, both of whom he cherished deeply.
He is survived by his devoted mother, Rolanda Thorne (Donald), his loving sisters, Selina Walton, Mya Walton, and Azijah Walker; his dear niece, Alena Martin and his cousins Jakela Jones and Daqwon Thorne who was more like a sister and brother to him. Tito will also be missed by his grandparents: Adelene (Thorne) James (Brent James), Nadine Walton and Leroy Cook.
A large extended family including his aunts and uncles: Lesa (Gregory), Sherry (Frederick), Monalethia, Torrey (Krystal), Octavia (Joshua), Julio (Sandra), Michael, Anthony (Dianette), Rodney (Michelle), and Timothy (Jessica). His great aunts Sharon Luna and Pamela Cottman. Pamela has also been a constant and loving presence in his life, and her support meant the world to Tito. Micholyn (Lee) also were important aspects in his life serving as his acclaimed aunt and uncle.
Tito is also survived by numerous cousins, other family members, and friends who loved him dearly and will forever cherish his memory. Among them is his best friend, Kamarii Brunson, who shared a special bond with Tito and Demonta Martin as his acclaimed brother in- law.
Donald Heard, Rolanda's fiancé, was also a supportive presence in Tito's life over the past 10 years, sharing in family milestones and offering encouragement along the way.
In summary Tito's kind heart, bright spirit, and unforgettable smile touched the lives of everyone around him. He will be remembered always for his warmth, generosity, and the special bond he shared with his family and friends. Tito had a passion for rapping and playing football, and he brought energy and creativity to everything he did.
A service to celebrate Tito's life will be held on May 31, 2025, at 1:00 PM at James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Dr., Huntersville, NC 28078. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and honor Tito's life.
