Nan Earl. I'm so very sorry for your lost. I thought a lot of Bill, I remember him picking on me one time we were at the beach and i used motor oil for sun tan lotion. He never let me forget it. You and Billy are in my thoughts and prayers.

Bill was truly one of a kind. Working with him at Town Hall was a pleasure, but knowing him as a friend, and meeting and getting to know you was a special blessing as well. He enriched my life with his kindness, his wit, and his enduring love for his family.
