Virginia Barnette's Obituary
Virginia Seitz Barnette, 84 of Mooresville died peacefully at her home December 13, 2020. She was born on June 8, 1936 in Newton to the late Lee Roy Seitz and Alice Lutz Seitz. She graduated from Harding High School in Charlotte and retired from AT&T after more than 35 years of service. She was the former organist at Redeemer Lutheran Church and Huntersville Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband Richard “Dickie” Barnette; brothers, Roy “Gene” Seitz and his children Gary, Jeff and Jimmy and William “Floyd”/”Sonny” Seitz and his children Shelley Holland and Steve Seitz. She is preceded in death by her sister-in-laws, Joyce and Ginny.
A graveside service will be held at 4:30 PM Wednesday, December 16 at Huntersville Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
