Wallace "Wally" Barnett's Obituary
Wally Barnett, lifetime resident of Huntersville, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, January 25, 2021.
Initially trained as a D-JAY, Wally worked as a house painter, salesman, and later, for McGraw-Hill Financials. Wally was known for his outgoing personality, and was popular with friends. He attended North Mecklenburg schools, played basketball, and enjoyed golf in later years.
Wally helped care for Mother in her declining years. He is survived by his brother William H. Barnett, and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Prosperity Presbyterian Church.
A private family graveside will be held at Prosperity Presbyterian Church.
