I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of my colleague and friend, Walt Rose.
As sales professionals, Walt and I collaborated closely over the years at Husqvarna, sharing customers and navigating the challenges of our industry together. His dedication, integrity, and unwavering commitment to excellence made him not only a trusted colleague but also a respected figure among peers and clients alike.
Beyond our professional relationship, Walt and I shared personal conversations about our respective health struggles. His resilience and positive outlook served as a source of inspiration and motivation for me during my own journey. Walt’s ability to face adversity with grace and determination was truly remarkable.
Walt’s impact extended beyond the workplace. His kindness, wisdom, and support left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and the many lives he touched.
Rest in peace, Walt. Your legacy of strength, compassion, and perseverance will continue to inspire us all.
The family will be in our prayers.
My condolences to the family. I worked with Walt at Husqvarna. He was so down to earth and such a good work coach. Walt was patient, kind, and always sharing more about the brand to help recruit and retain talent. He often shared that I reminded him of an aunt growing up in Alabama. While I never met his aunt to confirm and always laughed when he told me this, it was good to remind him of back home. Walt was just good people. Again, my condolences and prayers to the family.
Walt is the epitome of genuine dedication - to his family, friends, colleagues and customers. A true gentleman and a wonderful mentor to me when I first started my career at Husqvarna. My deepest condolences to Karen, Connor, Cayden and the entire family.
Roll Tide, good friend and rest peacefully.
Walt was a mentor, friend and colleague that I was proud to work with for many years. From my early years or soaking up his knowledge at local arbor events, or watching intense college football events, and always catching him for advice when he had windshield time, I know I am not the only one who considers Walt a Legend. RIP and condolences to the family.
Walt was a great inspiration to me, and as I moved throughout the organization, during my time here, I earned Walt's trust and friendship. I considered him a mentor, confidant, and I have never been prouder to refer to someone as a colleague as I was with Walt. He was kind, compassionate, caring and considerate, as well as having an abundance of knowledge. Walt's passing left a hole in the universe that can never be filled. If you were fortunate enough to have Walt in your life, for whatever reason, consider yourself blessed. When I received the news of Walt's passing Friday, my heart broke. I was crushed. Walt I know you are now at peace, and God has a bigger role for you now. I am grateful and honored for the privilege to have known and worked with you. I would like to extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to Walt's entire family, thank you for sharing him with everyone's life he touched. Walt made a difference.
