Yantz Shirey's Obituary
Yantz Owen Shirey, age 2 of Huntersville, NC died May 26, 2014 at the Hemby Children’s Hospital in Charlotte. He was born on October 16, 2011 to Richard Owen and Stacie Browne Shirey.
In addition to his mom and dad, survivors include, his siblings, Ashley Paige “ My Ashey”, Codi Wayne “Buppie”, Tristen Jade “Sissy”; beloved dog, Shiloh Girl, grandparents, John Shirey “Grandpa” Lila Browne “Bugs”, Jeannie Taylor “Mimi”, Gerald Taylor; Uncle Shane and Aunt Tiffany Shirey and cousins, Marley and Taylor; Aunt Stephanie Sandlin “Chica” and his cousin, Kaley Sandlin “Kiki”. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Wayne Browne, Mary Beth Shirey “Mon”.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 31 in the chapel of James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Drive. The family will receive friends from 12-2 prior to the service. Burial will follow at Northlake Memorial Gardens.
