Anthony Robert Lempp's Obituary
Anthony Robert Lempp, 31, of Cornelius, NC, made his journey home to our heavenly father on Saturday, August 27, 2022, following a motorcycle accident. He was born in Port Angeles, Washington on September 7, 1990, to Donald and Linda (Jenkins) Lempp.
Anthony (Tony as he’s known to his work family) graduated from Mooresville Christian Academy and went on to become a gifted auto mechanic, spending his last several years at Lake Norman Hyundai. Anthony was well respected at work and in his field. He was known for his spirited personality, kindness, compassion, quick wit and of course, his signature red sneakers!
Anthony is preceded in death by his brother Jason Patrick Lempp. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Shane Lempp, sister, Dana Lempp, his beloved niece and nephews, Laila, Nicholas, and Grayson; many aunts, uncles and cousins and the love he left behind....Macy Trull.
We will gather to celebrate Anthony's life, love, generosity, compassion and humor on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 19141 Brookgreen Garden Place, Cornelius, NC 28031. His ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 PM. If possible, please be present and seated by that time. The ceremony will be held outdoors and followed by a BBQ lunch with plenty of time to visit and share stories and love. There is a Publix shopping center one block west for additional parking. Lodging for out of town guests is available at the following hotel: Comfort Inn 704-896-7622. Breakfast is included (Funeral Rate 105-125), 19521 Liverpool Pkwy. Cornelius, NC 28031.
