Word has reached us about the loss of Brian. Although it has been a while since last our paths crossed, our hearts break for everyone permeated by the warmth of Brian’s spirit. I will forever cherish Brian’s radiant smile, his understated humor and laughter, his devotion to his ‘pretty lady’, and his strength in the difficult moments. Often when we gathered, the grumbles of work would surface but this was lost on Brian. He found an occupation well suited to his interests, intellect and talent, not a given to most! In his early adulthood years we watched Brian eagerly take on his most important “job”, parenting his 3 children. He was a natural nurturer, protecting, comforting, bottles in hand, diapers on his knee. Brian was encouraging, redirecting and teaching as his babies grew. As his children flourished Brian continued to model lifelong growth, lending support to them, his wife, his community and his intentional commitment and walk in his faith. Open, honest and always willing to help, Brian will be missed by many. Mary Ann & Gary Puckett
