Brian Prince's Obituary
Brian Donald Prince, age 55, went to be with the Lord on September 19, 2023. He passed away unexpectedly and peacefully in his home from natural causes.
Brian was born on December 24, 1967, in Iowa City, Iowa. He grew up in Gainesville, Florida and completed high school in Providence, Rhode Island. He was a graduate of Syracuse University. A gifted problem-solver, Brian was an Escalation Engineer at Microsoft and a valued team member in many capacities there for 27 years. Brian loved his family with a steadfast devotion. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He was the kindest of men, the first to lend a helping hand to others, and could literally fix anything. His grilling skills were also legendary. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, soaking in the remarkable beauty of creation, especially with his family.
Brian was a follower of Jesus and truly found life, love, and meaning in his Savior. His relationship with the Lord was evident as the most important anchor in his life. Brian’s church family knew him as a strong, servant-hearted fellow who was approachable and funny.
