I worked with Frank at Coopers and Lybrand when he was a manager and partner many years ago. I also worked with Frank as a client. Frank was always a very warm individual with extreme consideration for all, high ethics and always willing to listen and share. He reflected the character of Jesus Christ and I am so sorry for your loss. I wanted the family to know he was held in very high regard and appreciated his mentorship and friendship. He was a very kind man. I am so sorry for your loss.
