Helen Haddad's Obituary
Helen Crane Haddad, 90, of Huntersville died November 30, 2025. She was born on January 8, 1935 in Fairlawn, NJ to the late Alfred and Helen Crane.
She was raised in Paterson as one of eight children. She later married the love of her life, the late Joseph Haddad, and together they shared a beautiful, devoted marriage that was an example to everyone who knew them.
She worked for NJ Bell and later at Foodtown in Clifton, as a deli clerk, where her kindness, work ethic, and warm spirit touched many. Above all, she was a loving mother, a devoted wife, and a wonderful grandmother who cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchild — they were truly her most prized possessions.
She loved going to Atlantic City and playing the slot machines, always finding joy in simple moments. After her husband passed away, she moved to North Carolina to be near her daughter and became a member of St. Mark Catholic Church, where she lived her faith deeply. Mondays were especially meaningful to her, as she attended the Respite group and formed many cherished friendships.
She was deeply loved and respected by all who knew her. Her warmth, strength, and unwavering faith will forever remain in our hearts. We will miss her beyond words.
Survivors include her daughter, Helen Mary Fallon and husband Timothy of Huntersville; son, Anthony Haddad and wife Stefania of Chester, NJ and grandchildren, Nicole (Andrew), Tyler, Alec and Samuel and great-grandchild, Luke Joseph.
Memorials may be made to St Jude Children’s Hospital.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM Thursday, December 4 at St. Mark Catholic Church. Visitation will be 10:15-11 prior in the church narthex.
James Funeral Home is serving the family.
