Janet Moore's Obituary
Janet Munce Moore, 70, wife of Robert Lee Moore, of Denver, passed away on Saturday March 8th, 2025 at home surrounded by family. Born in Baltimore MD, she was a daughter to Lucy Bowen and the late Paul Mitchell Munce.
In addition to the love of her life of almost 31 years Janet is survived by her son Joe Harrelson lll and wife Lesley, her daughter, Crystal Palmer and husband James, step-daughter Codi Moore, and grandchildren Kaley, Tyler, and Chandler. Great grandchild Evelyn and many loving extended family.
Along with her father, Janet was predeceased by siblings Paula Rogers and Gary Munce.
Janet was a devoted, loving wife, mother, and daughter who knew that family was the most important thing you could have second to a relationship with the Lord. Janet spent most of her days enjoying thrifting with friends, cool evenings with Robert at their camper in Maggie Valley, and spoiling the kids and grandkids. She was famous for her beautiful table settings and holiday decor that brought joy to their home.
Above all Janet will be remembered for her unwavering faith and ability to share that with those around her. She will forever be missed and loved.
A graveside service will be held at 3 PM Tuesday, March 11 at Westport Baptist Church in Denver. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
Flowers are welcome. Other memorials may be made to Abundant Life Assembly of God in Whiteville, NC.
