Julia Williams' Obituary
Julia Ella Howard Williams, 72, of Charlotte died April 16, 2025 at her home. She was born on June 30, 1952 in York, SC to the late Jessie Carl and Eloise Howard Carl.
Julia attended Asheboro High School and later completed her education for her GED at Central PIedmont Community College, Charlotte, NC. Early in her adult life Julia was a machine operator at Lance, Inc.of Charlotte, NC and later she continued her employment with Phillip Morris of Concord, NC where she retired. Julia enjoyed sewing, cooking, reading, crocheting, crostiching and volunteering. ..
She is preceded in death by her husband King Curtis Williams, Jr. and her grandson DeAndre Christopher Williams.
Survivors include her children Toshia Williams, Andron Williams and Angela Jackson (Bobby), all of Charlotte, NC; siblings, Mae Alice Wise (Bobby), Jessie Carl, Jr., Dennis Keith Carl, Michael Lawrence Carl, Francene Carl and Rose Steanback, grandchildren; Candice Ussery(Brittany), Bobby Simmons(Nikoya), Victoria Bayne(Justin), Desmond Carter, Bobby Jackson, Jr. and Amber Jackson with a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at James Funeral Home at 2pm. Viewing will be 1:30pm-2:00pm . A reception will follow the service in the James Funeral Home Community Room.
