My memories of Larry are from our childhood. As cousins we were all close in age.
Going to Mary, Larry and Kathy's house was exciting. I knew we were all going to have fun.
We spent many holidays and vacations together. We especially loved going to the lake. Larry was a fish. He loved swimming, fishing and boating. I remember how he would cover himself with seaweed and come out of the lake, chasing us around as a seaweed monster as us girls screamed. He also let us cover him in sand, and then again chase us around as a sea monster. He was fun loving, and we loved him for that. He would do things us girls would not do (cover himself in seaweed), and we loved it and him.
Over the years as life got busy, we lost touch. We wrote each other letters, and they are some of my cherish possessions.
I am filled with joy to know that Larry and Pam had a loving and joyful marriage.
With love your cousin Denise.
