Mark Belfiore's Obituary
Mark Allen Belfiore, 63, of Huntersville, died on January 6, 2025, at The Preston House. He was born on July 15, 1961, in Canonsburg, PA, to Philip and Bonnie Belfiore.
Mark was a 1979 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School in Canonsburg, PA. He went on to graduate from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983 with a degree in Psychology. In 1986, he completed pharmacy school at the University of Cincinnati, earning his RPh in Pharmacy. Mark led an active life, from wrestling in high school to weightlifting and running as he grew older. He had a passion for his sheltie dogs, North Carolina pottery, and collecting rocks. However, his greatest loves were reserved for his wife, children, and grandchildren, whom he will cherish forever.
In addition to his parents, Mark is survived by his wife, Kathy Belfiore; his son, Bradley Belfiore, and fiancé, Mariel Wade, of Charlotte; his daughter, Brittany Burke, and husband, Adam, of Concord; grandchildren, Joshua and William; step-grandchildren, Isabella and Clara; and siblings, Phillip, Matthew, and David.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, January 10, at St. Patrick's Cathedral in Charlotte with burial to follow at Northlake Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 1:00PM-2:00PM prior at the church.
There will be a celebration of life following burial at the Courtyards of Huntersville Clubhouse 8314 Parknoll Dr Huntersville, NC 28078, 4:30 January 10.
