S. Mark Daidone, III died Saturday, June 11 at his home in Cornelius in the company of his wife and sons. Mark was born on May 24, 1957 in Birmingham, AL, was a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, and devoted to Crimson Read Obituary
To Lisa, Alex, and John,
My heart goes out to you that Mark has left this Earthly plane. I always enjoyed it when Mark would come with you and the ferrets, to lend a thoughtful ear, a concerned heart, and a comforting soul. Mark was stronger than most people I know, and you Lisa just as strong and determined in so many ways. Determined to be strong for your furry friends and to be a fantastic mother. Lisa, Alex, and John, you are always close in my thoughts and heart.
The members of the Denver Bassmasters Club will greatly miss Mark. We were honored to have him as a member of our club. In his memory our group has made a donation to the Levine Cancer Institute. It was our privilege to spent time with him enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
Lisa- I am so saddened to learn of the loss of your beloved husband after you and Mark put up such a valiant fight against the illness. I only hope it comforts you and Alex and John to know your grief is shared. I will keep you and your family in my prayers with love.

Please accept my deepest sympathy. I have only known Mark for a short period of time as members of Denver Bassmasters. But you don't have to know someone a long time to know they are good and caring people. It was my honor have known Mark the short period of time that I did and he will be greatly missed. God's timing is only known to Him and eternal life is His gift. The following prayer is one I'm sure Mark prayed:
God grant that I may fish until my dying day! And when it comes to my last cast that I humbly pray, when in God's landing net I'm peacefully asleep that in his mercy I be judeged good enough to keep!

Condolence to the family. The Denver Bass Club will surely miss Mark. He was a friend as well as a good fisherman (he seemed to always catch a limit!). Roll Tide!

I am so grateful to have meet and worked with such a great man of character. He hired my son to work in his department and I have always been so appreciative of the opportunity. I am saddened by your loss. May God bless you and give you peace in the up coming times.

Mark was my son-in-law, but I considered him my son. He was such a kind, caring man and should have lived longer. He adored his wife, Lisa, and was so proud and loving of his sons, Alex and John.
He sure loved fishing and was such a fan of his Crimson Tide. He had such a warm sense of humor and was quick with his smiles.
He was the son I never had and I couldn't have been more proud to call him My Son.
I love you, Mark, and don't you forget that!!!...............................Mom II
Words alone cannot express how sorry we are for Marks crossing over and the loss to your family. Mark was a good and kind soul; he was the compass to keep his family going, to do what was right and good, and a father for his children to look up to as an example of what can be achieved with hard work and patience. His loss to this world and his family, friends and coworkers is unmeasurable and priceless. Our loved ones are only loaned to us by God and now Mark has been called home. For some unknown reason God has a greater need of him somewhere else. It rarely seams fare and is always heart breaking to lose a love one but know in your heart you will meet again and he is always watching over you and his family. He goes to prepare the way for others to follow. Lisa we know he is in good company with other family members that has already crossed over and were waiting on him to guide his way. All our love and best wishes to you and yours. When you are ready and need to talk we will be here for you.
