My prayers go out to Pat's family and all those who had the pleasure to know Pat. I enjoyed my time working with her in ICU at Novant Huntersville, and keeping up with her trials and tribulations on Facebook. She was an angel on earth, and will be truly missed.

I am so sorry to hear about Pat. I loved our friendship that developed at Novant Huntersville over the last 7 years; it was truly a privilege to help her when I could this last year. She was a true warrior and compassionate about her family, faith, friends and the many patients she helped over the years. We will all miss her terribly. Hold each other close every day.
