Judy and family We are very very sorry for your Loss of your bored Husband Philip Love and Prayers Beth and Joey
Phillip was a great guy and I shared many good times with him in the 80's and early 90's. The couples trip to Blowing Rock for skiing is still a great memory even with the icy trip down the mountain.
We were so saddened to learn of Phillip's passing. We so miss the days we spent being "gym rats" together. Phillip was a kind neighbor, a witty humorist, and a consummate Southern gentleman who was a delight to be around. He will be missed. Gwynn & John Clarke
To Judy and thefamily: I was so sorry to hear of Phil's death and sendmy sincere condolensces for your loss. Know that prayers are going up for your comfort in knowing Phil is now resting int he care of our Lord and His hevanly home. Rev. Edna Riggs
To Phil’s Family: I am very sorry for your loss…I drive cars for Parks Automotive Group…I have been doing it since June of 2016…Phil holds the world’s record for dealership driving…I think he did it for 14 years…I always enjoyed my trips with Phil…he was very intelligent and his advice was always sound…the topics mentioned in his obituary were what we talked about in the car! Things were never “over there”….things were “over yonder”…Phil was a good driver…and it was straight to the destination…lunch was usually off the table…get the job done! I enjoyed his smooth Southern drawl and his way with words…he was a man of the South for sure! He retired almost two years ago…I do miss him. I am sorry not to make the service…my wife and I have a commitment in Florida that we are attending and we have to leave early on March 9. May Phil Rest In Peace. Bill Chapin
