I first met Richard when one of my buyers bought in his community. As we were completing the numerous pages of the contract, I could barely keep my eyes open! He liked to laugh at me about that.
Some years later, we purchased a home in one of the communities he was selling. He had a couple community events at the model home and my daughter was always asking 'when that nice man would be having another party.'
Always enjoyed cross sales with him as he was a very honest man & great to work with!
