Robert Steven Fernéz's Obituary
Robert Steven Fernez, Sr. 79 of Huntersville passed away with family by his side May 8, 2025. He was born on February 26, 1946 in The Bronx, NY to the late John and Filomena Fernez. and moved to Huntersville, NC in 2007 to be closer to his grandchildren.
He served in the US Army and worked as a New York City Fireman.
Survivors include his wife Christine Ferrara Fernez of 55 years, his 3 sons Robert Jr. (Alma), Michael, and Philip, 4 grandchildren Michael Jr., Nichole, John, and Victoria, his brother John (Linda), his sister Angelyn Antonellis, and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5-7 PM Wednesday, May 14 at James Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be 11:00 AM Thursday, May 15 at St. Mark Catholic with burial following at Salisbury National at 1:30 PM
