I think cemetery's are one of the last peaceful places in today's society.
Bob and I shared some years with the APWU back in the day. He struck me as a calm, methodical, get it done kind of unionist. He didn't say much but when he did, it was certainly time to listen.
Vernie lived right down the street from me for many years. He was a good friend and neighbor, I will truly miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time. May God Bless you and see you through this time of sorrow. Just remember the good times and keep them close to your heart :-)
Thank you! Vernie for showing us the good side of life...and the good that can come from just one person. XO
Vernie Case was one of the best friends a person could ever have - loyal, honest and so very supportive. He was loved and appreciated by many and will be greatly missed. Vernie's life influence spread far and wide and impacted so many from all walks of life. July, Kelly, Chris, Linda, Ronnie, Freddie and Wayne. While each of you works though the loss of Vernie in this life and his home going my thoughts and prayers will continue to be you. Please be assured that God will richly bless each of you during this time of need.
