Ronald L. Connelly, 72, of Huntersville, NC, died December 10, 2014 at the Levine & Dickson Hospice House of Huntersville. He was born on In Braddock, PA on May 28, 1942 and was the son of the late John and Mary Catherine Connell Read Obituary
I worked with Ron , as a matter a fact he trained me on the finishing . Him & his deap voice he would make sure you heard him It was a joy to see his smile fce whe3n I came inot work . Sorry for your loss . You and the rest of the family will be in our prayers
I had the pleasure of working with Ron for many years. He was such a pleasure. He would keep you laughing, even when things were really rough and tough. He will truly be missed.
I had the pleasure of working with Ron in Charlotte. What a great man. I always enjoy to see him with his positive attitude and smile on his face. I am very sorry for the loss.

I worked with Ron, and it was a pleasure to know him, he was always positive and would help out anyone if asked. Sorry for the loss.
I moved to Charlotte a few years ago that is when Ron became my best friend. We worked together at Charlotte at the golf course and played golf all over the Charlotte area. We always rode the cart together and talked about the families mostly the grand children.
We loved playing against each other and rooting for each other. I loved it when it rained and he had to go the gym.
My prayers are with the family and one day Ron and myself well play golf again.

My name is Randy Phillips. I had the pleasure of working with and learning from Ron at the Gerdau Charlotte mill. I loved our golf outings. He cracked me up with his good jokes, okay sometime corny jokes but I always got a hardy laugh either way. I am very sorry for your lose. He made our mill a better place because of his skills and knowledge; moreover his friendships touched the lives of many Gerdau employees.
I truly was saddened to learn of Ron's departure! We really enjoyed each other on the golf course, trying to out-do each other. He will be truly missed; May God bless the family!
