We are sad and hurt at the passing of our dear cousin Tony. We grieve with all who mourn for him and pray that all who loved Tony will draw comfort from precious memories of good times shared with him. Some of our favorite recollections of him are as an adorable child as we visited at the homes of his parents Ralph and Catherine Bouldin and his grandparents Bill and Allie Bouldin. Throughout the years, we have looked forward to seeing him at the annual Groves Family Reunions. Among our treasured memories are the times when he shared his talent as a pianist to cheer at happy events and to comfort those who grieved in times of loss. We will always remember the lovely music that he offered for the memorial service of our Aunt Pauline Spittle, the daughter of John Thomas Groves and Catherine Correll White Groves, Tony's great-grandmother. It was a very special gift that he helped mark the passing of Pauline, a beloved and honored family matriarch who was the last remaining child of her generation of the Groves family.
We are grateful to his sister Vickie for the news and photos that helped us to place and keep Tony on our family prayer lists and close in our hearts during his illness. We will continue to pray for strength and comfort for all the loving family, friends, and colleagues who will miss him.
Love, Alberta Bovard and Jerry and Nancy Moss
