Jerry and I are saddened to learn of Bill’s passing. I will always remember him as being very kindhearted with a big smile. He was a very good man. It was a pleasure to work with both of you at the Bureau. With love and prayer to you and Bill.
I'm really sorry to hear about Mr. Thurman. As you all draw ever closer at this most difficult time please allow the God of all comfort to help. He promises a time when all pain and suffering will be a thing of the past. Even death will be no more. I worked with Bill in the FBI Palm Beach Florida Office and the Broward County Florida Office and will remember Bill always having a great big smile on his face. I enjoyed Bill and Merrie's company at many of the Miami Division social events. Merrie sorry MaryEllen and I never made it to your home in North Carolina. Bill was a great guy and never happier then being with you God Bless our prayers are with you and Bill, Al Hogan

Dear Merrie; we cannot begin to tell you how sorry we are that we cannot be there for you today and wish there was something that we could do to make it better. I work with Lisette and never having the pleasure of meeting you my heart and prayers go out to you and your family. I have to say that was the most moving eulogy I have read and so true that a fathers love is stronger than death. Always remember he is looking down on you and your family and will always want the best for you. If there is anything I can do to help you and Lisette please let me know. Once again all my love and prayers are with you at this difficult time. You do have bay Harry to help you get thru this too.
